Michelle and John had a fairytale wedding. I’m serious! Everything was perfect. The church was gorgeous and historic, in this tucked away corner north of Richmond through winding roads deep in the woods (at least it seemed that way to me!). Their cocktail hour was stocked with some of the BEST food, there was food everywhere, amazing service, lovely music, and soft lighting. Then the reception started downstairs, where the pace changed, the music turned up, the DJ lights pumped, the beat thumped…. it was everything you want in a wedding!

They even had a sparkler exit, punctuated with humor when their car hadn’t arrived to pick them up for the exit!

Michelle is laid back, easygoing, and a dream to work with. She wasn’t even upset when I got *totally* lost on my way to the reception, and ended up a leeetle (okay, a lot) late for the cocktail hour (I was PANICKED about it, but Michelle was totally cool). John was up for anything, and seemed happiest when his bride was at his side, which was the majority of the evening.
